Our first University of Bristol UCU branch meeting of the year is Tuesday next week. The sole item of business: the current pension and pay twin industrial action ballot.
UCU General Secretary Jo Grady will be our main speaker. Part of her UK-wide tour, Jo is is ‘calling on members to vote YES in both the USS pension ballot and the higher education pay and equality ballot’.
The meeting is open to all UCU members, from the Bristol and Bath area. And to non-members of University of Bristol staff, too.
