2. Can you design our new UCU banner?
UCU Bristol needs a new banner. The existing one still has Colston’s dolphin in the logo. And who says we need the university logo on there anyway?
We will pay to produce a new beautiful and powerful banner. To do that, we need help with the design. Could you come up with a good design for our new banner?

3. Vote of no confidence in Coventry VC
Please consider signing this UCU vote of no confidence in the Vice-Chancellor of Coventry University, Professor John Latham CBE.

Staff at Coventry University are currently fighting compulsory redundancies and the University’s escalation of subsidiarisation – a model that undermines job security, erodes national agreements, and, if implemented successfully there, poses a significant threat to pay, conditions, and governance across the entire UK higher education sector.
This vote is an important opportunity for members across UCU and beyond, to demonstrate solidarity and to send a clear message about leadership and governance failures that affect us all.
4. Divest for Palestine letter
The university continues to refuse to consider cutting ties with companies profiting from selling weapons, munitions, and military equipment and technologies to Israel, facilitating illegal occupation and plausible genocide.
